A beautiful, spacious and traditional family villa in a delightfully quiet and peaceful setting within its own walled grounds. Located between beach-side towns of Burgau and Luz, it's just a short drive to the village of Espiche which has a selection of shops, café bars and restaurants, from here it's straight down the hill into Luz which offers a fantastic sandy beach, lots of water sports and a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops. Whilst Lori does not have air conditioning, there are fans in all rooms and from its elevated location it is naturally cooled by the constant breezes coming off the Atlantic Ocean.
The living accommodation is all on one level making it ideal for all members of your family, all the living rooms are large and very well furnished, the bedrooms have high beamed ceilings and plenty of storage space and polished marble floors are comfortable under foot. The master suite has a queen-size bed, dressing room and en suite bathroom with over bath shower; it also has patio doors to the terrace and gardens. Double bedroom and twin bedroom, each with en suite shower room and patio doors to the pool terrace.
In the eastern wing is a huge twin bedroom, a children's bunk room with two sets of bunks as well as a shower room.
Attractive, country-style fitted kitchen and breakfast area, fully equipped for self catering with a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine in the utility room. Very spacious living and dining room with a fireplace for the cooler evenings outside the summer months satellite TV, DVD player and CD to keep everyone entertained as well as Wi-Fi which must be requested.
Two sets of patio doors open to a shaded dining area beside the pool where you can enjoy a relaxing meal straight from the barbecue.
The pool can be heated during the cooler months of the year and has Roman steps in the shallow end and a sun filled surrounding terrace, lots of sun beds with comfy cushions and a useful outdoor shower.
The villa is set in beautiful gardens with lots of mature trees and palms offering some dappled shade and there are delightful views over countryside to the sea, which are particularly good from the roof terrace.
