Situated in a fine location within a few hundred yards from the glorious beach in Praia da Luz the house is well equipped for a family with young children. The upstairs living/dining room has sliding doors opening onto a big terrace with sundowners and table and chairs. The fitted pine kitchen with marble work tops has been extended and contains a microwave, dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine in addition to the usual cooker and fridge/freezer. From the top terrace there are fine views over the village to the famous cliff at the eastern edge of the beach and also nice sea views.
The bedrooms are all on the ground floor. The first bedroom on the left of the front door sleeps 2, with two single beds and fitted cupboards. Next to this bedroom is the bathroom and next to it, the shower room.
The master bedroom, also with fitted cupboards, has twin beds, doors that open onto a shaded terrace and a small garden with a swimming pool that faces south. A third bedroom has twin beds and opens onto a fourth bedroom built under the terrace, with a big window and a door to the garden that contains one single bed. A spiral staircase leads up to the light and airy living/dining room with a wood fireplace, Satellite TV, a Video Player, plenty of holiday reading material and a dining table with seating for six. Large sliding doors open onto a spacious terrace with sundowners, parasol, dining table and chairs with partial sea views over the village, to the cliff and the sea. Steps lead down from the terrace onto the garden and swimming pool from which there is a gate and a direct pathway to the beach.
There is plenty of equipment for a family with young children.
