A beautiful villa in an equally beautiful location with fantastic views down to the ocean, interrupted only by the villas' own vineyard and towering palm trees. A wonderfully quiet and peaceful setting within its own walled grounds and located between the beach-side towns of Burgau and Praia Da Luz, it's just a couple of kilometres drive to the village of Burgau which has a selection of shops, café bars and restaurants, in the other direction it's 4 km into Luz which offers a fantastic sandy beach, lots of water sports and a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops.

The living accommodation is all on one level making it ideal for all members of your family, all the rooms are well furnished and the polished marble floors are comfortable under foot. The master suite has a king-size bed, mirror-fronted wardrobe and striking en suite bathroom with bath, walk in shower and twin sinks; it also has patio doors to the terrace and gardens and wonderful sea views. Double bedroom with pretty traditional painted furniture and doors to the terrace, two twin bedrooms and a spacious family bathroom with over-bath shower.

Attractive and modern fitted kitchen, fully equipped for self catering with granite work surfaces, a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Very attractive living and dining room with a fireplace for the cooler evenings outside the summer months satellite TV, DVD player and CD to keep everyone entertained as well as Wi-Fi which must be requested. Patio doors open to a shaded dining area overlooking the pool where you can enjoy the spectacular views whilst relaxing in the shade over a long lunch or perhaps with a book.

The kidney-shaped pool can be heated during the cooler months of the year and has built-in steps in the shallow end and a sunny surrounding terrace, lots of sun beds with comfy cushions. The villa is set in beautiful gardens with lawns, whilst mature trees and palms offer some dappled shade and there are wonderful views over the vineyard to the sea, even better from the roof terrace.

The villa is just 100m from the low cliffs and the sea, the more agile will be able to reach the small beach directly below the villa but take care. A coastal pathway gives you the opportunity to walk into Burgau within a half hour or alternatively walk beside the sea right into the beach-side town of Luz, which takes well under an hour.
