A modern, recently constructed yet traditional-style villa in the Monte Lemos area of Luz at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it has spectacular sea views and is only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the village for a wide selection of shops and restaurants and a little further on to the wonderful sandy beach, where you'll find well located beach restaurants and a wide choice of water sports.

The living accommodation is arranged over two floors with the master bedroom on the upper floor; it has a double bed, en suite bathroom with over-bath shower and doors to a large shaded terrace with stunning views over Luz to the sea.

On the ground floor is a double bedroom with en suite shower room and comfortable twin bedroom with adjacent shower room, accessed from the hall. Modern fitted kitchen fully equipped for self catering with granite work surfaces, an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine; there's also a door to the secluded rear patio and rock garden.

Very attractive living and dining room with a wood burner for the cooler evenings outside the main summer months. It's equipped with satellite TV, DVD player and iPod dock to keep everyone entertained as well as Wi-Fi which must be requested. Patio doors open to a shaded terrace and the attractive, kidney-shaped pool with integral steps in the shallow end. The shaded area makes an ideal spot for relaxed al fresco dining on fresh local produce beside the pool, straight from the Weber gas barbecue.

The pool has the latest salt water colorization for silky smooth swimming and can be heated during the cooler months of the year; there's a sunny terrace with ample comfy sun beds. The villa is set in it's own enclosed grounds with electrically operated gates for access and secure parking, there's also a small garden full of exotic flowers and shrubs.

Just a short walk into the village of Luz for all the shops, restaurants and bars you'll need, Luz is well known for its spotting activities which include a full range of water sports and a renowned tennis centre where coaching is available. There are a number of golf courses in the area, with Boa Vista on the way to Lagos perhaps the nearest.
