Our charming and spacious 120 m² apartment is ideally located in the heart of Praia da Luz, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and other local amenities. It is a part of Palm Bay, an upscale complex of 2-storey apartment buildings, constructed with the highest standards and good taste. The resort has immaculately maintained grounds and lavish semi-tropical gardens. It is affiliated with the exclusive Ocean Club and Waterside Village Apartments, which in turn, was among "Winners for Family" in 2013. Access to Ocean Club's facilities will be provided for (up to 4 passes weekly) .

Swimming Pools:
There are 3 pools (including 1 heated indoor pool). There are also poolside fitness and aerobic activities

Children's pool and playground
In addition to the "adult" pools is a children's pool and playground

Tennis courts:
There are 5 tennis courts to choose from. Lessons can be requested

Treatment Studio:
There is a wide array of beauty treatments available for both men and women such as massage, facials, reflexology, manicure, pedicure as well as lash and brow tinting.

Apartment details:
One has to climb a few steps on a winding staircase to reach our apartment in the first floor. There's an entrance hall leading to a bathroom with WC to your left, and a fully-fitted kitchen to your right. The kitchen has granite work top and a bar counter to facilitate service towards the dining room. There are large living and dining rooms, each with double glazed sliding doors leading to the veranda. The living room has an office space while the dining room has a sitting area. In the rear are two bedrooms. The master's bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a built-in closet, a bookshelf, a small sitting area as well as an en-suite bathroom with WC. The guest bedroom, on the other hand, has 2 twin beds (which can be put together for couples, if requested), a built-in closet, a huge antique armoire for more closet space, a safe for your valuables and a small balcony. Our spacious 18 m² veranda has a sea view. It is also overlooking part of the resort complex. We have lounging chairs, a parasol, a charcoal barbecue grill and tables/chairs for 10 persons.

We are in the process of refurbishing our flat by bringing in furniture and decorations from Paris. This interior decorating project will be finished by mid-May. We have also ordered new beddings from New York which we'll bring to the apartment by late June.
