Each bedroom has twin beds and faces the sea, with lovely views across to the beach and the ocean. There's a sitting room with a Satellite TV (Astra 1), a dining room, a hall and a kitchen with dishwasher.
There are several terraces around the villa, so one can always find a nice sheltered place to sunbathe. There is a private swimming pool with solar heating and access to the beach is easily done through a gate in the garden.
In spite of the villa unique location being next to the beach, it is very quiet and sheltered due to the mature garden and the high walls around the property. It is within easy walking distance to all shops and restaurants.
